When I started coaching, I was surprised to discover that coaching calls were fairly repetitive. Here’s the thing - you’re already doing the legwork to develop a new product, you just haven’t leveraged it yet. Unlike launching a brand new course, ebook, or video series from the ground up, you’re developing an already validated product using the input and feedback that your clients are unknowingly providing. It’s pure gold and, when it’s finished, you can even market this product as a stand-alone for people who aren’t quite ready to hire you.
